This is the fourth pizza "cookbook" from McNair in my collection. The unique feature of this one is the format, which is literally a deck of fifty 3 3/4" x 5 1/2" recipe cards contained in a box. The folded intro card contains pizza tips and info about forming and baking, serving, and equipment. The two-sided pizza recipe cards are color-coded for meat and seafood (red), vegetarian, (green), and doughs/sauces/appetizers (orange) as well as has dish photography on the front and the corresponding recipe on back.
