  This cookbook is from Pizzeria Bianco  , which is consistently named as the best pizzeria in the U.S. It includes recipes for pizza with a complete description for each pizza, salads, sandwiches, pasta, etc. I personally visited Phoenix in 1999 and dined at Pizzeria Bianco and had the Wiseguy Pizza - excellent!
